I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I had a beautiful wedding, and it was everything I had ever dreamed of!
To answer your questions:
Were you happy with the design of your flowers?
– I love the design of the flowers! They were more than I could have envisioned, and I am so grateful that you saw my vision and understood it completely. With my bouquet, I am so in love with how it looked that I am getting it preserved.
Were you comfortable with the final cost?
– The cost was perfect for my budget. I loved the open communication when it came to pricing, and I was so appreciative of how flexible the pricing could be when it came to fitting within my budget.
Did you feel like you were treated as a valued customer?
– I felt valued as a customer, and I felt like my vision was seen and heard. I had a very particular vision, and flowers were the focal point for me at the wedding, so it felt very comforting that you were just as excited about the vision as I was.
Would you recommend me to others?
– I definitely would recommend you to others! Again, when we met it was so comforting how excited you were about my vision. Then, when the flowers came, I was beyond pleased with how they turned out!
Is there anything you would ask me to do differently?
– I think overall you did amazing! I think the only nervousness I had was not knowing what the flowers looked like before they were picked up, but that was the only part I was nervous about!
Is it okay to share your feedback?
– Absolutely!
Again, thank you so much for everything! I was very pleased with how everything turned out! I do not have any photographer pictures yet, but I do have a picture of my beautiful bouquet! I would love to write a Google review. But, I could wait until I have a professional photo of the bouquet too!
