Thank you so much!! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and even more wonderful than I expected! In terms of feedback I must say you and your team absolutely knocked it out of the park!!!! I was absolutely IN LOVE with the design and variety of my flowers!! The final costs were great, especially considering the size and artistry of my bouquet in particular! I definitely felt like a valued customer, not just another bride whose flowers were being bundled during a very busy wedding season.

I will absolutely recommend you to others; in fact, I have already sent another couple your way through a family I work with! I can also say the flowers spoke for themselves; while standing on the patio at Stonebrooke waiting for our ceremony to start, a group of 4 ladies sitting there couldn’t stop oohing and awwwing at my bouquet and one of them even took a picture as her son is getting married next year! I made sure they all knew where they came from so hopefully they reach out to you! I would not ask you to do anything differently and you can definitely share my feedback! I will gladly post reviews everywhere I can and share your contact information with anyone looking for a florist. I could not have been happier with how easy it was to work with you from start to finish and the results absolutely surpassed any expectations I may have had! I so appreciated how up front you were about costs and the clarifying questions you asked along the way about what I was looking for made the process easy, and the results were incredible!

Hi Janeil, I loved the flowers so much! They were perfect and we got so many compliments on them! The guys loved the pocket square boutonnières and all the ladies loved their bouquets and wrist corsages! You did an amazing job and I already have your name to quite a few of my engaged friends! The only comment I would have is that the ring bearers pockets are pretty small so we had to cut theirs a bit but it still looked great!

Here is my honest feedback:

Were you happy with the design of your flowers?

I honestly was going for a more pastel vibe so the flowers were not exactly what I had imagined but after all the photos were taken, I saw them in the photos and I fell in love. The colors worked perfectly with the decor, the slate blue dresses, and the tux. The bouquet made the whole outfit come together, I felt like an actual princess.

Were you comfortable with the final costs?

Yes, we were.

Did you feel like you were treated as a valued customer?

Yes- The NP floral coworkers worked together as a team. I have sent countless of emails with questions, concerns, worries and the NP floral team was amazing at helping me as the bride calm my nerves and to make sure what I had envisioned for my wedding day. Everyone made sure to answer all of my questions with a lot knowledge and feedback.

I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I had a beautiful wedding, and it was everything I had ever dreamed of!

To answer your questions:

Were you happy with the design of your flowers?

– I love the design of the flowers! They were more than I could have envisioned, and I am so grateful that you saw my vision and understood it completely. With my bouquet, I am so in love with how it looked that I am getting it preserved.

Were you comfortable with the final cost?

– The cost was perfect for my budget. I loved the open communication when it came to pricing, and I was so appreciative of how flexible the pricing could be when it came to fitting within my budget.

Did you feel like you were treated as a valued customer?

– I felt valued as a customer, and I felt like my vision was seen and heard. I had a very particular vision, and flowers were the focal point for me at the wedding, so it felt very comforting that you were just as excited about the vision as I was.

Would you recommend me to others?

– I definitely would recommend you to others! Again, when we met it was so comforting how excited you were about my vision. Then, when the flowers came, I was beyond pleased with how they turned out!

Is there anything you would ask me to do differently?

– I think overall you did amazing! I think the only nervousness I had was not knowing what the flowers looked like before they were picked up, but that was the only part I was nervous about!

Is it okay to share your feedback?

– Absolutely!

Again, thank you so much for everything! I was very pleased with how everything turned out! I do not have any photographer pictures yet, but I do have a picture of my beautiful bouquet! I would love to write a Google review. But, I could wait until I have a professional photo of the bouquet too!
